Смотря что Вы имеете в виду. Если получение таких писем - то да, они всем приходят. Если пробивание по айпи - то нет, их никто даже не читает обычно ))
Это очень, очень старый развод. Обычно такие письма приходят из Африки от душеприказчика помершего в тюрьме какого-то местного диктатора, или от авдоката Ходорковского. На очень плохом русском языке. Предлагают разные суммы, но всегда в миллионах. Теперь, стало быть, и до Индии добрались.
А вот это напрасно. Засветили свой почтовый ящик. Надо такие письма сразу удалять, не читая. У меня на машине стоит KIS лицензионный, с настроенным антиспамом, такие письма до меня больше не доходят совсем.
моему мужу тоже пришло письмо от этого человека, с такой же суммой, он представитель банка в Того, Африка, муж, наивный подумала, что это может быть правдой. но так не бывает.....погуглила всю инф-цию, много народу по России уже подсадили на эти письма, народ наивный даже свои деньги отправлял туда. жесть...
О, нигерийские письма - это классика )) Ко мне несколько раз приходила подобная байда, пару раз даже "гринкарту" в Штаты "выигрывал" - только вот меня не тянет в эти Штаты ))
Самое прикольное письмо из категории "нигерийских" было о "несчастном нигерийском космонавте, тайно отправленном во времена СССР на орбиту Земли" )) Его нигерийский "брательник" в письме утверждал, что на банковском счете этого поца накопилось аж 20 млн баксов зарплаты, нужно лишь выплатить какие-то комиссионные, за которые он дружески поделится со мной половиной суммы. Рассмешило, помню, это письмо - 22 года на орбите проторчать нереально, кислород со пищей закончится - юмористы эти нигерийцы ))
Грамотные все-таки. Я тут сам с русским языком иногда мучаюсь, а они нам строчат. И главное, что понятно пишут. Попробуй на африканском написать. И чтобы тебя поняли...
а мне как раз несколько штук присылали именно с ошибками... наверное, потому только и не повелась (за те миллионы, что предлагали, лучше б корректора наняли)

Although the Diversity Visa participation was free, the law and regulations require to every diversity visa winner to pay a visa processing fee of $879. The Diversity Visa(Green Card) is guaranteed upon receiving the payment.
The per person fee for each Diversity Visa is $879, payable in U.S. dollars or equivalent of your local currency. This $879 fee is the only fee a winner needs to pay throughout the entire relocation process.

По поводу этих самых писем читала где-то (то ли в газете, то ли в нете) историю из жизни. Один дядя получил письмецо счастья, едва не описался от радости, в тот же деньуволился с работы, послал бывшего начальника и всех коллег, дома высказал соседям, все что думает о них, снял со счета депозит и прокутил его в один вечер (что там эти копейки - миллионы появились!).
